- Select Start > Administrative Tools > Performance.
- From System Monitor, click the Add button (button that looks like a plus sign).
- The Add Counters dialog box will appear.
- Select the Print Queue Performance Object from the pull-down menu.
- Click the All Counters radio button and the Add button. Click the Close button.
