7.4 Assigning Print Permissions

In this video i will assign print permissions.


 
  1. Switch to the Printers And Faxes window, right-click HP Printer, and select Properties.
  2. Click the Security tab and click the Add button.
  3. In the Select Users, Computers, Or Groups dialog box, type in Execs. Click the OK button to continue.
  4. In the Security tab, highlight the Execs group. By default, the Allow checkbox should be selected for the Print permission. Leave the default setting. Highlight the Everyone group and click the Remove button. Click OK to close the Printer Properties dialog box and save the changes. Leave the window open for the next lab.
