In this video i will edit the drive letter of the partition.
- Select Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management. Expand Storage, then click Disk Management.
- Right-click your CD drive and select Change Drive Letter And Paths.
- In the Change Drive Letter And Paths dialog box, click the Change button.
- In the Edit Drive Letter Or Path dialog box, select a new drive letter L: and click the OK button.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click the Yes button to confirm that you want to change the drive letter.
- Right-click the partition and select Change Drive Letter And Paths.
- In the Change Drive Letter And Paths dialog box, click the Change button.
- In the Edit Drive Letter Or Path dialog box, select a new drive letter D: and click the OK button.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click the Yes button to confirm that you want to change the drive letter.
- Right-click your CD drive and select Change Drive Letter And Paths.
- In the Change Drive Letter And Paths dialog box, click the Change button.
- In the Change Drive Letter Or Path dialog box, select a new drive letter E: and click the OK button.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click the Yes button to confirm that you want to change the drive letter.
- Close the Computer Management window.
