3.3 Renaming a User

In this video i will rename my user account.


  1. Select Start > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users And Computers.
  2. In the Active Directory Users And Computers window, click Users.
  3. Right-click user Eugen Morar and select Rename.
  4. Type in the username florinmorar and press Enter.
  5. The Rename User dialog box will appear. Notice that the First Name retained the original property of Eugen. Click OK.
